read more >We were coming back by vessel from the Billefjorden, when suddenly we heard an unmistakable puff. They were tree humpback wales, very big wales that rarely are spotted in these waters. We were all in silence, on the boat’s deck, waiting that they reappear on the surface. Every surfacing was an incredible emotion!

read more >They are small, clumsy and fearful, but how likeable they are! I shot this picture form the boat, when the poor puffin was trying to take off, scared by the vessel. They nest on high cliffs overhanging the sea and eat fish. We were in the Billefjorden, what an amazing place!
